I would hate to have to sell it if it were mine. That is indeed a sweet rig, by far my fav 3rd gen runner.

I have no idea what mess your into. Hope you work through it. I just read that you were thinking about transfering 102 credits. You might want to look into that I believe the limit is 60 credits from a 2 yr school, and total of 90 credits from a 4 yr school that can be transfered it. So you would end up losing 12 credits in the process. just trying to give you a heads up

Ah hell, you guys are gonna make me cry!

I'm not gonna let myself get bent outta shape about this. Sure I put a ton of hard work into this truck, but I had fun doing it. Not as much fun as it is to wheel this beast, but fun none the less. If I do sell it hopefully it will go to the right person that will enjoy it as much as I do.

It will suck to have to start over when I have the perfect rig right now, but I can always build a new rig. It will be a long process once again but I'll be back. Trust me, I already have the ideas flowing in this crazy head of mine. Once again it will be something that no one has built before. Hopefully I won't be out of the game for too long. Just wish me luck

This is one thing I need to look into. I need to see where would be a good place to eventually transfer to and talk to them about it. Trust me, I don't want all 102 of those credits following me. I'm SURE I could find 12 credits I wouldn't mind parting with

I am thinking owning this truck is not pratical right now in my life. If I had the kind of money I needed to keep it, you bet I would, but I don't. Trust me. I think my rig is the sweetest one out there and I wish I could hold onto it.

I'm sure it will bring the right person just as much pleasure as it does me. Besides, give me a few years and I'll be back with something just as cool. I just gotta start savin'

I hope you're right, but I doubt it. I have to settle down first and buy a house where I can actually work on building a new rig. I doubt I need to tell anyone here how expensive houses are, especially around the area I am moving to.

My plan is to try to find a good deal on a small 2 bedroom "fixer upper" with a yard large enough for me to be able to build a good sized shop. That will be my first "build up." I figure I can build something like that in about 2 months.

Once I've got the house deal taken care of (that will take AT LEAST a year), then I can start a new build up. It will probably take the better part of a year to build a new rig. So me wheeling again is most likely a good 2 years out under the best of circumstances.

Well the job called me this past friday the 12 and they want me down there working starting on the 29th of this month. Gives me about two weeks to find a place down there and move all my crap. YIKES!

Anyhoo, its official. The 44Runner is now for sale to the highest bidder. If anyone has any questions about it, throw me an email or an IM. Please spread the word if you know of anyone that might be interested.

On the bright side I think I am looking at buying a house around August or so so hopefully I will have the winter to build a new rig and maybe be back running the trail with some of you guys by that summer.

I just replaced my engine and have an extra engine with the intake plenum. If you want to sell the supercharger you could buy the pieces you need from me. Depending on how much you want for an exchange I could send out my parts first, so you don't have downtime.

That really sucks, I hope it all works out for you. Not to take advantage of a situation, but I'd be real interested in buying the SC if arjan hooks you up with an intake. (Assuming he doesn't want it.)

Thanks for the bump.

I really don't want to strip the truck at all, but thanks for the intake offer. I want to be able to say I am selling the most built 3rd Gen out there, and right now it is. I know I could get more money if I stripped it down but I think it just takes something out of it ya know? This truck is my baby and I don't want to go ripping it apart just to make a few extra bucks...
