Only use OEM plugs and wires. If you don't and you have a problem, the dealership will blame it on the aftermarket stuff... been there, done that. Then they will want to replace it with OEM stuff before anything else.
1st Toyota Parts has had the best on-line prices that I have found. However, some people have said that TOR on the boards has great service and prices so you may want to check with him.
You probably are better off buying them from the dealership because once you add shipping the price will probably end up being about the same...IMO.

Yes, believe it or not, Nippon Denso or NGK plugs which came in your rig from the factory are the best.
Also the Toy factory wires are too.
I ran Jacobs wires on my 22RE on my '90 truck and they broke down fast from the heat from my Tri-Y header.
And Jacobs are suppose to be some of the best of the aftermarket ones.
Went with stock Toy wires and they handled the heat like a charm.
I am on my 2nd set now of factory wires on the 4Runner, and would not run any other.
