What is on your plate this year for mods?

I'm throwing around the idea of a lift and some new rear lower links. Maybe, a thule or yakaima basket.

I'm starting off small this year...Downey 26mm torsion bars, 1.5in. ball joint spacers, some 3 inch lift rear springs, 1st Gen roll bar and some on board air. Nothing spectacular but it'll be an improvment for my trail run/fishing trip to BC in June or July.

The first is the install of a used Marlin Crawler rear bumper. Just bought it. Then a front bumper as my stocker is bent and missing corner pieces. Then I can't decide if sliders should be next or a locker or two then sliders. I am leaning towards sliders first because I may want to swap gears when I get lockers. Sliders would be cheaper and therefore faster to acquire.

What do you think? Lockers after bumpers? Or sliders before lockers?

The age old dilema, huh...............

Repair or replace the crossover pipe for my 3.4
Replace timing belt
Revamp the exhaust under the cab, including a flex section, more support, and a URD O2 simulator
Finish my hood scoop mod
Re-gear and install my rear e-locker
Figure out how to install a pair of heated leather Audi seats
Determine which bank to rob to re-paint the truck!

Sliders and stereo work for now.

My trucks my daily driver/LIGHT wheeler so I like to keep things simple and inexpensive.

Possibly looking into getting a Tacoma of some sort for a DD and expedition type vehicle. If that happens.... Elvota will fully evolve.

Chop the back off the 4Runner, blend in the rear window/ wall from a pickup
Bob 12" or so off the back of the 4Runner
Remove the tailgate entirely
37" tires plus fender trim
Exo of sorts... at least better fender and tail protection
Some kind of re-paint

Maybe an aux fuel tank of sorts
Maybe beadlocks
Maybe chromo rear axles
Maybe a front E-Locker (to replace the Aussie)

C'mon, I'll stop by with my cutter/grinder and a 12 pack. We can at least stretch it into an hour or so, right?

After the 12 pack... I am sure it will take more than an hour... and I may loose a bit more metal than expected.

I have all the stuff for my "final" power mods but need to find the time to install and retune. AirAid MIT, Supra TT MAF, and waiting for my Jardine catback to show up. I should be done after that . I always hesitate to do anything intake or exhaust related since she's running so damn good as it is...more power would be nice.

I'm also contemplating upgrading the suspension for more offroad capability. I have some OME 881/906s sitting on the floor waiting to go in, but that would really sacrifice performance on pavement, I'm running PP springs now. A nice cushier ride would be nice though. I wouldn't be suprised if all this stuff just sat in a box all summer lol. I'm lazy.

Mods planned for this year.

1. I'm getting ready to fix all my dings and paint my 93 4Runner, Lexus color 8N8. Then put my own factory replacement stripes on it.
2. Straight air intake tube.
3. Volvo S80 Electric Fan.
4. MSD ignition Control Box.
5. Reversable Sliders that can be turned and used as steps.

That should pretty much bankrupt me.
