As the title states, what kind of superwhites are you using? I put in some 55w Nokya's and they burned out pretty quick. I would prefer to stay away from PIAA b/c of cost but I also want a white color as they would match the superwhites in my headlamps.

I have 2500k bulbs for my fog right now. They look great! However I just got a pair of 55w Hella Optilux that are suppose to be very bright... Just waiting for my darn taco safari to arrive so I can install my Hella 500's. Already have the wires and switch all set up ready to go... If you can wait, once I get it done, hopefully by the end of this week, I'll post some pics of how white they are.

I'm using Hella Yellowstar H3's for my fog lights. They cut the fog and rain much better than the standard, whiter halogen bulbs. Sounds like you are more concerned with esthetics than functionality.

True. We don't get much fog or rain where I'm from. Fogs for me are more for show than functionality.

I'm using Silverstar H3s and they look much whiter than OEM and you can actually tell you have them on compared to OEM but I'll be switching to yellow H3s soon.

I've used hella yellow stars..not yellow enough..I ended up painting the foglight lens from the inside with a yellow bulb paint. I think it adds a nice contrast with my HIDs on top.

How did you paint the insides? That would look good with the Silverstars I already have in them.

One of my buddies did the opposite and went to one of those sticker places and had them do a yellow cut-out for the stock fogs. It looked good...

take apart the housing. paint the outer lens from the inside so that way it doesnt chip or get damaged. I can put in regular 55W H3 halogen bulbs for replacement, not the PIAAs that i've had to replace every year saves money in a long run. They stay yellow even when the light is not on but I still think it looks good IMO
