Waterpump difference between transmission types?

I was checking waterpumps for the 5vz-fe and noticed there's a $40 difference between the ones listed for standard transmissions and the automatic transmissions. Doesn't look to apply for 4Runners though.

What's the difference between the two waterpumps offered for the differing drivetrain types?

No difference. Toyota only stocks one with sequential parts #'s.

I believe it depends on the oil cooler factor.... I know they always ask with or without oil cooler w/usually a little more...
