Does anyone know what the name of the part that is located behind the passenger side wheel which the two front brake lines go into and the one from the other rear wheel? Also is this part replacable and is it universal or specific for a 4 runner?

LSPV, load sensing proportioning valve. There's a rod connecting it to the rear axle right? It adjusts front to rear braking proportion depending on how much weight you have in the back.

Is that valve something that is easy to replace becuase many stores do not have it? If so does anyone know where I can order it from?
