TRD High Flow Air Filter
Is this worth it? Can it be used in conjunction with the deckplate mod?
Or are stock toyota air filters just as good.
"and some extra power"?
comments anyone?

The last time that someone asked this, I think it ended up kindofa split decision. People like it, but people also like the Amsoil and K&N solutions.
The short form is that there's nothing wrong with it. And yes, you can use it with the deckplate mod.
You might wanna search here for "trd air filter" or "amsoil". Any thread talking about one of them will generally turn up the other.
Peformance wise... Sure, but the question is "is it measurable/noticable with JUST the air filter?". The stock filter is restrictive, but without creating a way to get more air into the airbox (e.g., the deckplate mod), it won't be a lot of help. It can't pass more of what's not there.
