Im sure this topic has been covered at some time or another on here, but as I searched through old threads I didnt quite find exactly find what I was looking for.

I was just wondering if you guys knew of some places that carried TJM bullbar accessories such as the optional Grille Bar for the T17, Hooks, and D Ring Shackles like these specificly for attaching to the TJM bumper.


Any help would be great, thanks.

I believe the Grill Bar is welded on at the factory and that you have to specify it when ordering.

D-Rings you can get at McMaster-Carr.

Most of the other T-17 items you may have seen were probab ly custom made.

I don't think there is much more from TJM, I have heard there is a center bar for the T-17 but I don't think anyone has ever actually got one.

How/where would you attach a set of d-rings on a T-17 that doesnt have the grill guard bar on it?

The 96-98 brackets have rings, the 99-02 4Runners ones do not. The 96-98 will fit a 99-02 if you remove the front plates and weld in an insert with nuts or bolts. Some people with the 99-02 have welded hangers on the front of the plate mount, but I really don't think 1/8" flat plate is strong enough for a pull point.
