Any suggestions before I take her to the stealer. I have started getting a very obvious hesitation and lack of power below 2000 rpm and on 1 or 2 occassions some ping and back fire. It is less obvious above 2500 rpm but I do feel it especially in higher gears. It just started like 2 weeks ago. Now I have about 95k miles on her and I probably need new plugs/clean throttle body, pvc valve and a new fuel filter. I changed the air one. Since this stuff is all computerized do you think it might be something else like ex. O2 sensor? or another sensor?

My bet is that the hesitation is ignition related (ie either bad plug or an arcing ignition coil). I would still do as you mentioned "clean throttle body, pvc valve and a new fuel filter" and O2 might help you run smoother with better gas mileage, but I would say ignition first to fix the miss.

Yeah thats what I thought change the plugs first and see what happens from there.

also, check the egr valve and tps as well

No EGR on these motors, but good call on the TPS.
