Crutchfield is good
I got the JVC KD-(something something) CD/Mp3 player, at the time it cost me $230 I think it went down in price since then. ITs great, I like the fact that it plays mp3 file recorded on disc, you can record like 120+ songs on 1 disc, so u never have to change discs, if u dont want to. I used to have a disc changer in the back of my old truck but it broke from 4wheeling. the Jvc never skips a beat no matter how rough the road is... plus having the remote by my gear shifter proves how lazy I really am. I never have to lean over to change songs!!! IM so lazy!!!! that is my suggestion for a new disc player. take a look

My personal recommendation would be to go with a new set of seperates up front, the rear is more personal prefrence because unless your sitting back there is more just rear fill than anything. I just finished a custom enclosure for a single JL 10w3v2 in a buddies that fit's in the factory rt. qtr panal, and you can either find yourself a good 5/6 channel amp and run it all or go with a 3/4 channel and just amp the fronts and the sub?
