Rear liners that cover rear seat also...

My dad has a rear liner that also covers the back of the rear seats. He forgot where he bought it, so I was just wondering if anyone knows where to find it.
It's about 2mm thick and is a flat plastic piece that covers the rear and folds up along the back of the rear seats, so when they fold down it creats a solid flat surface.

Also try Cargoliner. They make ones that custom made for each SUV, but they cost $225. They're relatively heavy duty vinyl that they claim can't be punctured by dog toe nails (impt for me since I have 3 dogs). Just ordered some but haven't installed them yet.
