Rear heater pic?

I was coming home from school yesterday and heard a snap, but had no idea what it was. Today I saw that the knob from my rear heater had popped off and the actual metal holding on the knob had disappeared. I also found a piece of foam which I don't know where it's from. I popped off the trim and found the rest of the lever, but I think it's bent. Can somebody take a pic of the opened rear heater so I can see if the lever is supposed to be bent, and if there's foam somewhere in there? Here's a pic for reference:

Thanks.

Everything looks fine from the picture...
Stick the foam where it looks like it should go, pop the trim back on, then chuck the knob on there. Good as new

(I don't know what metal that holds the knob on that you're talking about, I thought it was just glued)

It should look like this when you are done:

I added a rear light in mine, I think it needed one for after dark.

The foam sticks on top of the heater lever unit. I don't think it's necessary unless you want to bust out the glue to reattach it.

Don't even need glue to attach the foam, it just sits in the channel above the lever.
Piece of cake, just put the foam back in, pop in the trim and put the knob back on.....no sweat!
