Operation: Olive Drab PATYWGN
#62
Since you kind of asked your question I'll give an answer anyway. The Raptor product that I used is a spray on bedliner that comes in black which is what I have used thus far. However, it also comes in "tintable" where you add something like 20% of the color you want it to be, shake it up with the hardener, then spray it like you would the black stuff. I plan on doing this to my rockers and lower doors next year when I have time. I can say that my friend just undercoated his '71 Bronco and also sprayed his engine bay and inner fenders with the tintable Raptor. His Bronco is white and he decided to use the same paint he sprayed on the exterior to tint the Raptor for the engine bay and underside of the body. Compared to his painted panels that are basecoat/clearcoat, the Raptor that he tinted with the same paint looks slightly more yellow but not much. I would say if you were tinting the Raptor with any other color any yellowing will not be noticeable. I have some extra olive drab paint from my paint job and I'll be adding that to the Raptor when I eventually spray the rockers and lower doors.
There you have it, army green bedliner!
