New wheels/tires, pictures
So I posted yeasterday asking opinions re: LC wheels vs FJ wheels. I decided to get the LC's b/c I did not want the addes expense of spacers and liked this style a little more. Although, I'm not sure I like 'em more then my OEM 5 stars.
I do like the way they fill out the fender wells a little more though (wider tire, diff offset). Maybe they'll grow on me a little more after I paint them black.
Well for $200 (with ok Toyo open country 275/70s) I think I can get my $ back if I decide to sell them.
My deciding factor probably will be tire size selection (even though I do plan on either or both BL and susp lift) I do not want 33s mainly b/c of loss of power and milage concerns. I already noticed slower acceleration and worse breaking performance with these tires. So the choice will be b/t 275/70s and 265/75s... I think I like skinny but taller more...
(Yes, it needs a wash)!
Anyways, with out further adieu...
