Need help finding flare parts

Need help finding flare parts
Can someone help me find the part numbers for these parts. The car is a 97 4Runner LTD. I have searched around for them on the internet and cannot find them anywhere. Also, does anyone have any advise on the cheapest way to get them replaced - I don't mind used ones as long as they aren't chipped like mine. Thanks for the help.

judging by the pics, it would probably be cheaper to have them fixed/painted at a body shop. those fender flares are expensive from the dealership and the ones you get used usually have some kind of junkyard damage on them.

Thanks for the advise, I'm trying to use painting/repair as a last resort since I'd prefer not to have any detectable paintwork done on my car. May end up being the best solution though...
