Thanks guys, I posted some more pics up under another thread, I you chack them out.
Wassup Jboy, soon as they get that inter-island ferry running IM goona hop over to Maui and test the truck out there. I've heard there plenty nice spots that I could hit up with a pre-runner and get some fishing in. Here on Oahu, I havent caught anything but stick fish, puffer fish, and Oahu (my biggest catch yet).

I like the Runner too. Nice setup. I see you have 2WD, have you thought about a rear locker? Perhaps it is unnecessary for Hawaii. Also, I was wondering if you could post info about your grill setup...

mean da dope! Last year I was fishing down Kaneohe side and thought I hooked up oahu (yet again). I started reeling it in, and I felt nothing but dead weight. I assumed I was hooked to the reef. Stuck the pole in the holder, and went to grab my knife to cut the line. Then my line started to run out, so I grabed the pole and reeled in. About 5 min later of labor intensive fighting, I saw it was a freaking hammer head shark. The closer it got, the more the thing stank. I got it to about 10 feet of me, yank the pole hard and the hook ripped out. I was lucky it came out it was a $15 rappela lure with some old squid attached. The shark kept the squid, I got my lure back. I was happy.
