Hi everyone!
How many of you have a 2000 toyota 4runner?? or the 3 gen 4runner? Any of you want to have turn signal mirrors? So did I! I looked at this website for the mirrors, but they didn't make them because there wasnt a high enough demand for that year of the mirrors. They do make them for the 2003, you can look here to see what these mirrors are all about. What I am asking those who would be interested in these mirrors for a 2000 4runner is to email the Muth Company. Also show your support on this thread, so I can see if other people are indeed interested. I saw the "add on wideangle mirrors" but I like the stock look better. well i was just looking at my old threads, lol, is anyone interested in this system? This is like the mirrors you see on suburbans, the leds are behind the glass. If we show enough support, they might start manufacturing these!! They already have them for the 4th gen 4runners, it would be great if they made them for the 3rd gens!

I can get the universal kits. It's a blind spot mirror, with the signal led built in. They either come in red, or amber when they blink. When they are off, it looks just like a regular blind spot mirror. They aren't going to make the full replacement. I already tried to get them to do this and they won't. Only "newer" vehicles. They conside the 3rd gen ancient. If you are interested in the blind spot ones, let me know.

in the email they sent me, i took it as if they had enough of a demand for it, they would go for it. Thats why if we are all interested in it, we should email them. How could they turn down a bunch of people that are interested in their product? Doesnt make sense to me, im sure they could make a good customer base on here. I might be interested in the universal ones, my only concern is that they are really thick compared to the wide angle mirror i have now, and i like the OEM look that the specific built ones have.

hmm, are the 4th gen mirrors bigger than the 3rd gen? maybe you could just trace the old mirror on the new one, and cut out the shape, unless the leds are too close to the edge, it might work

I want some for my 93. If only we could find someone would knew how to make LED arrays, we could just make our own. A lot less expensive as well.

hopefully muth will start manufacturing 3rd gen mirrors if enough people email them showing demand for the product
