Well, if you can keep turning the nut and the bolt will come out, then just pull it on out and replace it w/ a new stud. If not, most any decent mechanic should be able to help out.

IIRC the studs are driven in from the back and are held by small splines (to prevent spinning). Might need to use a nut splitter or cold chisel to break the nut. Good luck, I hope the hub isn't stipped out and its only a bad stud.

I used a ball pien hammer to pound it out. I screwed an old lug nut on to it about half way, then hit it 3 good times and the stud pops out, you could just hit the stud itself since you won't be reusing it. then I took the new one, pulled it in as far by hand as I could, put 4 big thick washers on {enough to make sure the stud can go into the lug nut when it is spun on. threaded the old lug nut on and used my impact wrench to torque the lug nut and pull the saration of the lug studs into the axle.

hope that helps, just did it 2 weeks ago when I replaced the outer axle seals, I popped all the studs out so I could replace the oil soaked gasket under that sheet metal backing that the studs clamp down on, on the inside of the flange. so let me know if you need more info. I could actually do a little write-up with pics since I have all the spare parts sitting in the garage.

EDIT
OOPs, just finished reading your thread, the other guys said pretty good stuff on how to get the nut off. you could take all the other lug nuts off and tap those studs out and drive around until the last stud breaks and the wheel falls off, Just kidding of course, sorry.
