Lubricating (?) Taurus Fan?

Hey All,

Have had Taurus electric fan on my 97 4Runner for several years, with no problems except burning out one variable temp controller along the way. Now have a fixed temp turning it on when needed and works great.

Anyway, just last day or two, the fan is making squealing noises when on? Like any electric motor, sounds like it needs oil or something?

Anyone have any pointers? Is there an oil "port" or hole or something to lubricate the fan shaft, or do I need to just buy a new/used one and replace?

Thanks,
Chris
