I found the Toyota starter rebuild kit packages I got when I fixed mine. Starter problems pop up here from time to time, this is almost always the solution.

"All Thread" replacement bolt for the tension adjuster on the drive belt pulleys. You can't order just the threaded bolt, but this is the same bolt.
