Unhappy Idler pulley... help!

I have a 22R engine and the idler pulley that tensions the vbelt to the power steering has beat bearings. I have been looking for a new pulley. So far, I have been to junk yards all over CT to no avail. I also ordered it through a local merchant TWICE and received a pulley that was only 2+ inches, and 1 that was for the backside of the belt. Can anyone help me either locate this simple little part, or maybe explain how to change just the bearing? Also, my 87 pickup (185K) tends to hiccup every 30 seconds or so at highway speed. I changed the plugs, wires and fuel filter...any ideas? Thanks all for your time!
