You can buy those supercharged emblems, though i just left them off mine.
The kit looks good, if i was you i would send it to magnuson (sp?) and have them look at it. They will tell you the condition and replace and bearings that need to be. Only costs about $300 for all the bearings.

Mine didn't come with the emblems either or i would sell them to you. They only cost a few bucks though.
40k, while not a lot is still a fair amount. Superchargers are due for a rebuild at 60k miles. So while you have it off the truck, i would go ahead and have it checked out.
They don't charge anything to check it, so you would only be out shipping if it didn't need anything. Worst thing would be to get it installed and then have a bearing whine (the supercharger will make a whine but that is a good whine, a bearing whine is very annoying).
So are you going to use the URD 7th kit and a 2.2 pulley with it?

Yeah i got mine for $300 but that was a heck of a deal. then spent another $300 to have it rebuilt for a total of $600 for the SC and all the install parts. Then got a 7th injector kit and all the other goodies.

FYI, there have been a lot of issues with running lean with the K&N FIPK and the TRD supercharger on the 3.4. It has to do with the MAF location in the tube relative to the diameter of the tube.
If you read Gadget's website, he actually lost a few horsepower with the K&N and went back to the deckplate mod.
