you still got your /82 ?
If you do get that one, sell the intake, i tested an intake like that on the dyno and LOST power. Just like Gadget said i would, only change was the intake from 1 run to the next.

Got me why, i just know that the dyno said that the stock airbox with the elbow removed made more power then the cold air intake, by about 8hp.

Gadget said these are normal results when i asked him about it.

Yeah I've been watchin your build. I have gone over alot of different ideas for the 82; 22re then 22rte then Supra 6 (until I found out it was to long) then 5vze then SCd 5vze then 1uzfe the list goes on...

I looked at your site at your 7m swap wich is awesome. But I can't believe you tore up that Supra. That thing looked beautiful.

Good to do if you can afford it I guess. Good luck on the blower.

No but it would be a bad idea to boost the 3.0 anyways; with the head gasket thing and all the other problems.

I paid 750 for a second generation just two months ago but it only came with the S/C
itself , and the three kits trd wants you to purchase as install kits have racked around around another $600, if you can get a parts list which i have you can piece togather most of saving around 300.so if at all possible ask for all compenents and hoses and brackets

Hints for a boost gauge?

http://www.glowshiftdirect.com/

I have got all my gauges from them for my last many cars, never had a problem.

If you mean hints for installing and getting it working, then check my build thread:

https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f2/t...begins-146485/

Speedy also has a great thread you can look up.

P.S. When you read my thread, i have what seems to be a lot of problems, but really allt he problems stem from an exahust leak on my wideband.

You can buy those supercharged emblems, though i just left them off mine.

The kit looks good, if i was you i would send it to magnuson (sp?) and have them look at it. They will tell you the condition and replace and bearings that need to be. Only costs about $300 for all the bearings.

Quick Reply: I really wanna buy a supercharger !!
