I am looking to buy an Used Tire size 285/75/16 All Terrain or Mud terrain...In the area of washington DC, Virginia and Maryland..

or craigslist?
i've also seen lots of older tires behind the dealerships from customer take-offs that still had good tread left, they just throw them away or recycle them. take a drive behind the service dept. at a few local dealerships and see what's laying around.
