I hate the Spanish narrow trails...

Hello,

Every time I wash the truck I almost cry... Spanish trails are narrow, very narrow. If you like offroading you assume it's something you must pay but... With the truck full of mud the scratches aren't so noticeable... But now in the summer there isn't mud...

I will try a 3M product I've heard removes a lot of scratches but I'll rescrath the truck... If someday I paint it I'll do it white. I hate the white color but scratches are white... Ops wait, if I paint it white the scrathes will discover de blue color...

Yeah but at least you actually wheel your rig! So many of the pretty ones never go off the pavement.

Called "desert pinstriping" down here in the southwest. I used a product by Nu Finish called Scratch Doctor. It worked very well on the lighter scratches and made the really bad ones less noticeable. I applied it with a little 6" buffer. I've heard that the 3M stuff works really well too.

I have some of that custom pinstriping too, since my runner is light brown I can just keep it dirty and it's not too noticable. Scratches, dents and other damage just show charcter, I wear em like a badge of pride. Pretty is the last thing a truck needs to be.

yea meguirs has some stuff called scratch-x...good stuff. takes out the smaller ones, takes OUT, and definately reduces the big ones to almost nothing, cant notice unless you look...only about 8 bucks and will last you forever. most of those scratch things work wonders. but if youre gona scratch it up more, just leave em, they give the effect that youre flying by!

I do so hehe. It's just that the weather is so hot and dry that I haven't mud to cover them hahaha.

Wow steve...thats purty!

I bought my truck with rust and dents already, so im not too worried about it.

The day I decide to paint it, im going with a rattle can paint job...no reason to do it all sexy like, if im just going to go wreck it the next day.

I really feel for all you guys who have the need to wheel...and perfect paint...

The first dent must be agony! Its really nice to just flat out not care. Some of the roads just to get to the trails around here, are only wide enough for one truck, and most of the time, not even that wide...branches are contacting the paint on both sides almost the entire time!!!

Yep.
Looks like northwest pin stripping to me man.
Don't you love the sound the branches make when running down your side panels. Almost like fingernails running down a chalkboard.
