How much lift w/landCruiser springs?

Can anyone confirm how much lift I would get by installing 1997 LandCruiser rear springs in the rear of my 1998 4Runner? I can get the springs at no cost. I'm just trying to correct some rear sag and not trying to get too much lift.

Thanks in advance.

It depends how long the coils springs are. Check and see how many wraps they have. You want ones with 7 wraps. You also want them to be less than 19.5 inchs tall

You won't get any lift cause they won't fit. Should you decide to install the front springs from a 97 Land Cruiser in the rear of your 4runner, then you would probably get around 4".
