grinding

when i shift into 2nd and 3rd it makes a grinding noise like my clutch isn't engaging fully, this also occurs when i down shift into 3rd and 2nd. It did this about a month ago and i replaced the slave cyl. it stopped for about 3 weeks and started back up. the only way it doesn't do it if i like wait a good 1-2 seconds to shift after stepping and holding the clutch in. I just bleed my clutch today and my clutch fluid is all teh way up so i'm lost to what i could be now. Any advice would be great. thanks guys

Did you try to replace the shift lever seat/bushing? Here's the tech write up: http://www.off-road.com/toyota/tech/shifter/index.html
