miles.. come drool over mine anytime
oh, and almost forgot.. you're rack & ladder look nice but not for the price (haha I'm a poet and didn't know it) Nice looking rig Miller time, I like the black better than the tan by the way. Still waiting to see those concept bushwacker pocket flares..

San Diego STUPID Chargers!!!
Rack looking good...
The front mounts...how are they attached? Did you need to drill? Please give me up close shots. I will probably be building mine here soon.

The front mounts are a 2-piece adjustable bracket with an adhesive stamp on bottom. After the rear 4 in channels are locked in place, you remove the lower mount plate after taping off where it lies, remove the adhesive, press into place and remount to rack. Thing is this rack is so stout the 4 mounts in the back are more than enough for now so the adhesive cover is still on.

sorry to be stupid- but I presume the rack design does allow the full use of the sunroof ?
wait a second you have the Bushwackers logo but no 'wackers yet installed? You got em right? It's an endeavor... you seem up to most tasks.

Yeah there are crossbars running the width of the rack which the lattice is welded to, check on the first page you can see how much it is open towards the front..I'll get a picture from inside the cab it looks pretty cool driving with the sunroof open.
Haha advertising was part of the agreement so I had to get the decals on there when they came. I just went by the shop yesterday and they had all but 2 painted. Next Thursday or Friday the truck is getting dropped off and is getting those AND....drumroll......finally a sport hood of my own. Then I have to hop on my own little grille idea and I'm done spending money on the exterior!...probably

OK sweet! I was trying to figure out how to get those front mounts down correctly.... Its funny but my idea for a rack was somewhat similar to the Gobi. I might not go as long though. My thing is stuffing the 35" tire, 15 gallons of gas and 6 surfboards. If I can do that, then i'm stoked...but I'm still trying to figure it out
I changed my name cause I am going to start a site on Baja exploration, Baja maps, roads, offroading, etc. Should be a fun project. Plus, SC = Santa Cruz...I don't live there anymore and I'm not super charged either!
