ghetto flares

is there any way i can make fender flares from stuff i can find at a menards or some store like that

People here use garden siding to pass safety check/ recon inspection (for modified vheicels like lifted trucks), they clamp it on for the inspection, and go home and take them off.

I saw a truck that somehow used All-terrain tires, or the carcass of some anyway. They were trimmed to fit and seemed to have pretty clean edges. They were maybe 3-4" wide and were mounted similar to how you would mount the garden strip mentioned above. On that particular truck it seemed to fit, since it was a trail only/aggressive looking truck.
