Bulldog,
First, kill the CAPS!  Second, check out my page here: http://www.4runners.org/articles/rs3000 There is a pdf for the install manual on that page. download it, read it, and then you'll get a good idea of the work it takes to install it. the rs3200 install is very, very similar. all plugs into existing harnesses. stay away from bulldog- i have had serious problems with them, among others. plus, there customer service sucks! i have installed a rs3200. it is quite easy!
