Yes there are limits, state regulated. Now if they are actually enforced, thats a different issue. For example, in CA, you cannot have a truck/SUV without mud flaps. I would say 50% of trucks/SUV's take them off when they lift cause the tires will usually cause contact. Rarely do people actually get pulled over for it.
Texas probably has tire limits but aren't enforced. I am pretty sure its 44" tires as a limit nationwide...(?)

best i can do for now , its cold out lol. i will take more soon. they do not leak anymore after zip ties , i believe the front settled a little. i was thinking of a new boot kit but with the work i think i will drive on these until they have problems and then replace the whole cv unit.
