HELP ME!!! Who has Bushwacker Flares???
Hello everyone. I ordered my daystar 2 1/2'' lift like a week and a half ago and there still on there way..... Boo to suspension connection's slowww delivery service. Im planing to put 285/75's for the tires. Also I took off my running boards a few days ago and the same for those ugly metel flares. Now im considering on buying some real flares for my 4runner. Theres a few I have in mind. I could go with these.

but i think id have to put my running boards back on to use those and if so im not sure if id clear 285's with the running boards. or i could go with these but im worried about having an ugly after market look.

if anyone has links to better flares please send them. thank you and give me some advice

The flares you are looking at are the basic SR5-type of flares. If you're gonna go aftermarket, I would go w/ the Bushwacker extended flares. This would get you a look similar to the limiteds.
BTW, I think when you say chrome flares, you really mean the chrome trim that came on your truck, right?

All have really liked the Bushwackers and advised me to go with these over factory limited flares, which I was considering. The reason is the limited flares requiring drilling into the body while the Bushwackers don't. They also look pretty similar and for the price, Bushwackers are the better deal. Rocket posted a link to ebay and these prices have been consistent over the past six months and are cheaper than almost anywhere else on the net. I'm still debating on whether to get these or not but hopefully, this helps a little w/ your research.
