emergency brake stuck

ok so heres the deal I may have pulled it a bit hard and Its stuck because its hard to go anywhere but the point is where is the cable on the underside of the truck and how would I fix it???by the way its a 93' 2x4 tacoma.
could some mud stuck on there cause it to stick or what need answer quick please

Start by LOOKING under your truck. Start at rear brakes and trace it backwards to where the "stuck point" is at. Does your lever release, just not the brakes? or?

Crawl under there, get dirty...you'll figure out more on your own about the problem since we on the the forum can't SEE the problem.

I had a stuck bellcrank assy at one time. My e-brake was frozen OFF. Problem turned out to be a stuck bell crank AND a frozen e-brake cable. Pretty easy to fix, just took time, solvent....Oh, and parts.
