he probably takes all the alignments becasue its pure profit for the company pretty much...... and makes him look better in the companies eyes if so and so is making them tons of $$$$$ talk to the boss and see if they will teach you.. most places want their techs to advance

Your rear axle is attached at three points (not counting the coil springs). You have two control arms in front of the axle - 1 on each side - then you have the panhard bar. The panhard shouldn't effect the alignment, so the culprit is probally a control arm bushing.
