EBAY Chips? Good or Bad

I tried to search on this and found nothing really. I am wondering abou those EBAY power chips for either the MAF, IAT or ECT. I have 22re and wonder if anything like that would add cheap power. Anyone ever try one on thier four cyl?

garbage, its a $.05 resistor from radio shack... and the computer systems of today's vehicle know its being tampered with and will correct for it
