constant shaking in steering?

I want to thank everyone who helped me with my last issue. My new problem is with the steering. I have a few ideas but I need some professional advice. When I get up to 65-80 mph, my wheels must not be balanced or something because the steering wheel shakes drastically. What can I check?

Check your idler arm. It can cause that. Lift the front of the truck, and see if there is any play in the arm (or any other steering component, for that matter) Good luck!

If none of that works try re-mounting the tires...

One time a buddy of mine got some mud inside his tire somehow... I think I might have done the same. Whole new rack and Ive still got a BAD wobble at 60 I'm thinking about going back to my stock wheels so we shal see what happens.

Check your tire pressure. Uneven pressure can cause shake.
