Autozone will pull the code for free...but you are on waranty so that works too. Seems like a wire short though since those 3 lights arent easily related.

I do not know if this will help, but I had a 2000 Avalon and it had a
problem with the lights you diesribed coming on. I found toyota had a TSB on the problem. The dealer did not find it. I found it on www.alldata.com and took it to the dealer. To have it fixed. Ray
