Carb???--Brakes???

Killing 2 birds with one stone...

first--1987 Yota Pickup 4x4 22R

I am planning to lightly modify a new engine this summer, what is the best carb to get for the most torque application, and where do i get it? how many cfm?

Also, i just bought new brake pads front and rear, is there anything i should be aware of before i jump into the project???

thanks

weber 38mm is a good carb to go with. anything more without some radical engine work will be too much.
