Definately different..not sure how much it would cost, but to bore out the center of 4wheels sounds pricey to me. I've never seen that before, and if i did- i'd like it better with an M/T tire on it.

UPDATE:
It would be around $65 and hour to cnc machine them. No sure how may hours, never followed up. I think money well spent would be on some 33x10.5x15 m/t. If i did get the rims i would run the tires that came with them for a while (goodyear wrangler h/t) Then i would put some m/t on them.
I have a three inch lift so i think i could fit 24's without trimming.

If you're worried about $$, I think all the work that needs to be done to make them fit isn't worth it, there are plenty of cheaper options for wheels. I think that the whole appeal here is the fact that they're off of an escalade, and it would be a rare sight to see them on a 4Runner. If you do it, I would keep the center caps on so people will know. Always good to see new ideas, and I don't think it would look half bad with the chrome that's already on your ride. As always, my worthless .02. Good luck with whatever option you choose....
