I'm not absolute sure what it out there for the 1st Gen - going by the pic on your post. But, ARB or TJM is the way to go. I recently installed an ARB on my 3rd Gen and it looks/functions great. Solid as a rock.

The best thing to do for your rig to protect it and have a spot for lights and a winch is to get an ARB or TJM bumper.

I am not sure if he has the ARB's or not.
I got mine from
Central 4WD.
4x4 Connection dot com has them also.
There are many members here who have both style of bumpers.
Also the guy who made my sliderz makes many styles of bumpers.
