I think some things need to be considered about our lower mileage:

1) Myself and Mike (extreme)have tires equal to 33" thus uses more fuel to turn them.

2) It also registers "less" miles on the odometer since running stock rear diffs (bigger tires don't rotate as much per mile)

3) Here in AZ the temp is still in the 80s-90s so we are still using our A/Cs.

We're probably getting better mileage (miles per tank & gallon) than we think

hmm maybe its jsut me.. or my light taco.. but i have been getting 350+ miles on a 18 gal tank. i like to give it gas too. maybe im crazy?:eek: :confused:

So you drive it 350+ miles and when you fill it up it takes 18 gals?

350 / 18 = 19.44 miles per gal, so the + means you are getting better than 19.44.

Or are you just saying that you have an 18 gal tank and you fill it up at 350+ miles with an unknown mumber of gallons. :confused:

im saying i have an 18 gal tank and from full i can go over 350 miles without running out of gas.. or the light even coming on...

i like to fill it up at about 1/4 tank and i get around 300 miles to that point i think..........
