Backspacing question

Can someone tell me if 15x7 with 31x10.5's will rub anywhere on my stock 96' 4Runner with 3 3/4 inch backspacing? My truck came with stock 15" alloys and 235/75's and I am pretty sure the factory backspacing on these rims is 4 1/2 inches. I know that I can fit 31x10.5's on the stock rims without any problems at all, but will the extra backspacing give me problems under full articulation or while my wheels are fully turned left or right because they stick out an extra 3/4 of an inch?

The reason I ask is that I have a set of US Wheel 84 Series Black Daytona Wheels just sitting here doing nothing. They are 15x7 with a 5.5 inch bolt circle, 4.28 inch center bore, and 3.75 inch backspacing. I even have the chrome center caps for them. I was just worried that they would stick out too far and screw something up like my fenders without having a lift. I know it will look cool with a little wider stance but am I going to wreck anything?
