I did my Cutlass many moons ago using spray tint by "NightShades" from JC Whitney. I had every light on that vehicle tinted at one point using a combo of spray and handmade covers. You apply by putting on multiple light coats until you get the level of blackout you want. I grew tired of the look after a few and removed it using non-acetone nail polish remover.

Alee27 who used to be on the forum (sold his truck i think) did it to his. I think it looks pretty good, wouldn't mind doing it myself. Here is a picture....

The company's GT,Lund, or Ventshield offer press on style blackout kits. I had a front that broke on me but still have the rear and its on as we speak. They work awesome but they are illegal and the coppers do get on me about them. I got a ticket two July 4ths ago by a StatePatrolman ($180) but still have not learned my lesson. The only lesson I learned from that is that being polite and giving him "yes sir uh huh yes sir I understands" do not work. $50 is what my set ran me and I love em!
