I am just like ALOT of people on this forum. I have done just about everything to eliminate tire shake and other possible things making the steering wheel shake. I found something that makes a real difference if you are running aftermarket wheels. Try running 12X1.5 ET lug nuts. The MB motoring wheels I have take the spline drive lugs nuts. I am going to order the 108/106 hub rings. Then the aftermarket wheels will be lug centric and hub centric just like the factory wheels. Here is a link to the lug nuts. Good luck.
