Well just found this site which sell the Cory Cable for $121.99. Guess I'll take the plunge and get it. I went to Griots today and picked up some clay and pads and micro cloths. I also ordered and received zaino. So I'll PC with the clay and then used the zaino for what I'm hoping to be outstanding results. Oh yeah. the site is www.toolsforless.com

All of these pictures of clean trucks made me want to take some pictures of mine. So, while I was home between semesters I decided to give my truck the Mother's treatment. Clay bar then the three-step system. What do you guys think?

My dog wanted to get in on the action:

Sorry if that was too many pictures. On a side note, I used Blue Magic metal polish on my brush guard, nerf bars, and rear bumper guard. Any other Mother's users out there?:bounce2:

Momo,

I would give you a War Eagle back but I am actually an Alabama fan. I know I know. I was raised that way but Auburn is a better school so I ended up here.
The brush guard is a Manik, so are the nerf bars. You can't tell by the pictures but I had just had some better mounting brackets made for the top of it. I was getting vibration before, but not anymore. I plan to snap some pics of them and make a post about it within the next few days or so.

ALBPM,

The Revos are 265/75/16. I am 2WD though so the PP/Bilstein lift gave me about 3" all around (Just an FYI). I have only had them on for about a month and I have really enjoyed them so far. No complaints at all. We've had the regular Dueler AT's on our 1990 4Runner for about 40,000 miles and they have been great too. I expect to get a lot of miles out of the Revos.

Thanks to both of you for the compliments. You can see more pictures here: http://community.webshots.com/user/aujwe1
Thanks again.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm thinking about getting the 275/70/16 Revos when I wear out the stock Dunlops.
You put some work into your Runner and it shows!!!

They are entirely different products re Zaino and Griots esp in terms of application. Zaino himself says that using a buffer is pointless as it wastes alot of product but I read on autopia that it is possible. As far as I'm concerned, I wouldn't use the venerable Corey Cable to apply it as it is so simple and quick to do it by hand.

Bob

But as far as polishing by hand....it doesn't even compare to using a buffer.
