4 Wheeling in Iceland?
I came across this and thought it was pretty cool. Lots of Lifted Toyotas and offroading pics.

Nice find.
I have seen some of those same pics on other Iceland sites before.
I have one bookmarked and posted here that is huge.
Kind of scary lokking to have your rig sunk down into the ice like in a few of those shots.
Did those other Toyotas that we can't get here too.

it would be nice to have one of those landcruisers that looks like a montero(the red one) here in the US
too bad though, toyota won't give us utilitarian bare bones vehicles any more, it seems they're all about luxury now
besides, one in rusted out dented shape with a broken window and a blown head gasket would still cost ya about 7k, if you think about how much a fj40 in that shape would cost

Artic Wheel Flares
While admiring that chunky-looking 4Runner it reminded me...
would anyone know where I could source those chunky wheel flares that the arctic Toyotas all seem to have?
They're as wide as Jeep style flares, but they have that contoured look. I just hope they're not made out of fibreglass
EDIT: I just noticed on Arctic Truck's 35" HiLux:

Not really 'Yota related...

Oh and if you arent familiar with Japanese and currency.. The 3rd gen flares would go for $473 USD plus shipping.

Because the SHUEI over fender is made, considering the surface finish, just fitting of the connecting part of the body and the moderate thickness et cetera of the product sufficiently, feeling at rest, you can buy.
As for material, with FRP make gel coat finish.
