3VZE oil ports below pressure sensor
there is a plug below the oil pressure sensor that uses an 8mm alen wrench.
there is another similar plug on the oil pump housing
are these things meant to be removable?
if not, where is a good place to add my oil pressure and oil temp guages?
would a pic of the area help?

you can use the hole closest to the oil pressure sending unit for your guage. the other one, further away from the sending unit, is (i think) the oil pressure relief valve.

I've seen claims that you shouldn't use the oil pressure relief valve plug for your gauge connections. I'm not sure why this is considered a bad idea - I'm just reporting what I've seen...

One common approach to oil temp sensor placement is to put it in the oil pan. Another approach is to add a block adapter plate (@ the oil filter mount) that offers threaded holes for both sensors.

thanks for the write up!
what is this PB stuff to spray on that removes the locktite? where can I get it?
also, think I could make a T fitting to allow me to monitor both oil pressure and tempreature from that bottom fitting (A2 in your diagram?)
