3rd Gen Toytec or OME

I've installed both and sell both. I think you would be happy with both.
If you are going to lift it, it will definitely ride better with all new coils/shocks.
The OMEs are nice, but the front coilovers in the Ulitmate Lift Kits are very nice.

Question:
I have fabtech performance coilovers for a 99 4runner, looks like the spring part of the coilover is worn out as the coilovers are pretty old (shocks been rebuilt so shocks still good) can i put an ome spring or any other spring on there or would i have to get another fabtech spring? or am i just better off getting a whole new suspension? just looking for the cheapest method. thanks

i drive a 02 4runner limited 2wd and am looking for a front coil option for a full 3 inch lift, need help deciding between
Toytec/Eibach front coil lift springs hid light kits
or
Front OME Coils (95.5-04 Tacoma & 96-02 4Run) with a spacer to get the full 3 inch lift.
hopefully i didnt miss any threads about this while searching! if so i apologize!

True about the 3" of front lift.
IF it was 4wd, 3" is about the most height that is safe for CVs.
2wd or 4wd, more than 3" and you will have almost zero droop because the balljoints will max out, the shock will be near full extension and/or the UCAs will max out against the coils.

With the Eibach are there different spring rates from toytec or if ordered from the one listed on their site that's all the choices I have? I notice it's for the 650lb rate or something? I'd lke a lower rate. Would the eibachs shown be comparable to the 882's?
