Same problem here- The "bird chirping" sound appears to be coming from the right rear side of my truck. I had it at the "STEALERSHIP" for over 24 hours and those DA's couldnt figure it out either nor is there a TSB out yet. I will try the hood bushing idea and get back with you later on this evening, until then do any of you think it could be a problen with the leaf spring bushings?

UPDATE- The hood bushing thing didn't work. The squeak is definitely coming from the right rear of the truck.

I fixed a squeek once that was coming from the rear, and here's what it was:
There is a knob that you pull up to allow the rear seat to fold down. The catch mechanism was squeeking against the stationary metal thingy. I cleaned the metal thingy, wrapped a small section of duct tape around the metal thingy, and latched the seat back in place. No more squeek. Another thing to stop squeeks is to occasionally get out your screwdriver set and go around and tighten all those interior screws that you can get to. THey can come loose over time and start squeeking, especially the screws that attach the dash to its mounting places.
