Thanks to:

Nice! So what are you using? Hamsters? Guinea Pigs? Small terriers?

oh... MAN!

I gotta say that Dave wrote me this morning warning me that he was heading out to the dyno today. Wow...

Well done Dave... Well done.

Since we last talked, I have my freeflow cat in now, and I'm plumbed front-to-back with new 2.5" pipe and NO leaks.

I have eyes & ears out looking for a used valve body, and once I find one, I'll create thr cash to send it to John. I figure that my slipping is costing me a lot of HP.

I'm also toying with the idea of using the SMT to drive a misting system. It's pretty straightforward to do with this box.

kudos dude. you got it happenin'.

Thanks Mark but you said if I broke 300 RWHP you were going to puke and take pictures------

I know it's expensive but the Aquamist 2D system is very hard to beat for WI.
It handles methanol very well. You don't need a controller with it. It is a standalone system. The great thing about the Aquamist is the high speed valve that pulses the flow at the same pulse rate as the fuel injectors. There is no afterflow or leaks. Unless you are set on building your own, I would save my pennies up and get the Aquamist. You won't be sorry. My .02.

My dyno shop is Dyno Spot Racing in San Jose. It's a Dynojet.

The track time is still the old one. I want it to cool off a little before I go back. High heat and trying to get better times with a supercharger doesn't work too well.

Hey Mark-----

Dave

Amazing accomplishment! I bow myself to you, but only if you promise not to puke on me

The best thing is you live basically next door me, weird I didn't hear the noise of that engine yet!

Marko

P.S.: I am kind of sorry I haven't kept up with your build, would've been a lot of fun to track along. I should slap myself for missing out.

Do you have a wideband O2 device that you monitor when you drive on the street?

I have an LM-1 wideband that I use for tuning but I do not leave it permanently installed.
